हर छात्र का case अलग होता है। इसलिए यह सूची starting point है, rigid checklist नहीं।
छात्र पहचान
पूरा नाम, date of birth या basic identification details आवश्यक हो सकते हैं।
School history
वर्तमान और previous school, country, curriculum और attendance period की जानकारी।
Transcript / mark sheets
Credit transfer, grade placement या interrupted studies के लिए सबसे उपयोगी academic records में से एक।
Report cards
यदि formal transcript उपलब्ध नहीं है तो report cards academic context देने में मदद कर सकते हैं।
Course/subject list
Previous subjects या completed coursework का विवरण credit review में उपयोगी हो सकता है।
अगर documents अधूरे हों?
Available records के साथ initial application भेजें। Admissions team यह बता सकती है कि review के अगले चरण के लिए क्या अतिरिक्त चाहिए। पहले से सभी दस्तावेज़ न होने के कारण application रोकना आवश्यक नहीं।
Credit transfer के लिए extra context
Subject level, grades, completion status, course duration और school-issued records review में मदद कर सकते हैं। कोई specific credit document देखे बिना guaranteed नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
